Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final and there are no refunds.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you must cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
We are happy to cancel and provide a refund provided work has not been started on the job. Refunds will be net of the fees / charges incurred on Paypal.

Please note that if you paid with PayPal we will not refund the fee they charge for the transaction.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is weight-based and we offer 2 shipping speeds for customers. Both include tracking and require someone to sign for its delivery.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All items are made to order so please allow 5-7 business days for production.  When your order ships, you’ll be notified.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

Standard shipping takes 10 to 14 working days while Expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 working days. The timing is also dependent on customs clearance.

Special Note: Customs and Duty Fees may be charged by your country. P

Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Should there be import duties incurred, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by DHL brokerage or Singapore Post, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
