Return & Refund Policy
At WallHug, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not fit your space exactly as planned. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on getting you the right organization solution.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original packaging.

The product is unused and undamaged.

Critical: For adhesive-based products, the protective film/adhesive backing must NOT have been peeled or used. Once the adhesive is exposed or applied to a wall, the item is no longer eligible for return.
2. Return Timeframe
You have [3 DAYS] from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Credit: The amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [7-10 Days].

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is broken or defective, we will make it right.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items on "Final Sale."

Gift cards.

Products with used or peeled adhesive backings.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind/incorrect size), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

WallHug Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover all shipping costs.
